Refund Policy

Digital purchases on plops.io

Everything we sell is a digital item delivered instantly to your game account (cosmetic themes and in-game credit bundles, $4.99–$9.99 USD). By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any statutory withdrawal period for digital content where such waivers apply (e.g. EU/UK 14-day right).

When we WILL refund

• You didn't receive the item (delivery failure) — we'll fix the delivery or refund, your choice.
• Unauthorized payment — contact us immediately; we work with Stripe on these.

When we generally WON'T refund

• Credits that have been spent, or themes after meaningful use.
• "Changed my mind" after using the content.

How to request one

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with the email/player name on the account and the receipt (Stripe emails one at checkout). We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Bought on Steam, iOS, or Android?

Purchases made inside those apps follow the store's own refund process (Steam Support, Apple "Report a Problem", Google Play order history). We honor every store-issued refund.
